Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d)

For the “CQLT SaarGummi Deutschland GmbH" we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d).

Your Duties:

• Takes account for continuously increasing mixing sales, develops and implements sales concepts
• Drives successfully acquisition of new customers
• Develops new sales options and participates in start-up projects with customers
• Prepares sales and budget forecasts and develops and implements pricing strategy
• Conducts negotiations according to SaarGummi guidelines
• Manages actively his increasing customer base customer base
• Ensures expected sales
• Prepares and executes plans, analysis, marketing strategies and permanent market monitoring
• Prepares project business cases and CostBreakDowns

Your Qualification:

• In depth knowledge of mixing market as well as technical understanding of mixing
• Highly experienced in sales business in mixing
• Customer focused approach
• Business acumen
• University Degree Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics or other relevant degree
• Excellent communication skills incl ability to initiate compelling sales conversations
• Highly driven by sales
• Assertiveness and empathy as well as collaboration skills
• Ablility to work on an international level
• Intercultural awareness
