Your mission as a Program Manager

• planning, implementation and monitoring of projects from product development to series launch
• leading project teams with drive, ownership and empathy
• creating project plans, status reports and presentations
• solving problems and challenges independently and pragmatically
• coordination of test and prototype processing
• developing technical proposals
• initiating/supervising installation inspections, tests, etc.
• compliance with work instructions, occupational safety and environmental regulations

What qualifications and skills will you bring to the team

• completed studies in engineering, technician or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• professional experience in project management
• a high level of comprehension and problem-solving skills
• drive and ownership
• excellent communication and presentation skills
• strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• solid knowledge of project management methods
• willingness to travel
• fluent in written and spoken German & English

Your bonus criteria

• poject management experience in the automotive industry
• certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) according to PMI®
