Training contents

The tasks of an IT specialist for application development for example include the creation, customization or extension of individual application software, the design of software solutions to meet requirements, and the analysis of operational processes. You will also learn how to modify existing applications and to present and install new applications. IT specialists use software engineering methods, programming languages and tools, and also development tools. In addition, prospective IT specialists learn how to correct errors using expert or diagnostic systems in this course, and how to train users.

What should you bring along?

• good (technical) A-levels (Abitur-equivalent)
• an interest in programming and development, as well as business processes
• dependability, motivation, the ability to work in a team, own initiative, communication skills
