Accountant / Junior Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Accountant / Junior Accountant to join our Finance Team and support the day-to-day accounting activities of our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who would like to develop their accounting expertise in an international manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Verify accounting documents and transactions in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Assist with VAT and CIT settlements and statutory reporting.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Maintain accounting records related to fixed assets and business expenses.
• Cooperate with external auditors, banks, and public institutions.
• Support the continuous improvement and optimization of accounting processes.
• Assist in developing and updating internal accounting procedures.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to provide accounting and financial support.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and corporate standards.
• Contribute to projects related to process automation and digitalization within the Finance function.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in accounting (both experienced Accountants and promising Junior Accountants are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Polish tax regulations, particularly VAT
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered an advantage
